NiftyNextDay provides historical market data, statistical analysis, probabilities, filters, and educational information. It does not provide investment, trading, financial, tax, or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument.

Historical performance, similar-day outcomes, and calculated probabilities do not guarantee future results. Markets involve substantial risk, including the possible loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions and should consult a qualified adviser when appropriate.

Some features require an account. You must provide accurate information, protect access to your account, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.

Paid Pro access is purchased as a one-time payment for the selected monthly, quarterly, or yearly access period and does not renew automatically. Prices, taxes, features, and access periods are displayed before checkout.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Paid access begins after successful payment verification. Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, completed payments are non-refundable. Contact us if a payment was duplicated, incorrectly charged, or paid access was not activated.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your personal or internal business analysis. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, scrape, systematically extract, reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass access restrictions, probe security, or use the service for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

The service, software, design, branding, compilations, and original content are owned by or licensed to NiftyNextDay and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Market data may originate from third-party or public sources and remains subject to any applicable source rights and terms. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or the service itself. We do not guarantee that the service, market data, calculations, or third-party integrations will always be uninterrupted, timely, complete, or error-free.

The service relies on third parties such as Google, Supabase, Vercel, and Razorpay. Their products and websites are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages, acts, omissions, or content beyond our reasonable control.

We may restrict or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or legal risk, abuse the service, or fail to pay applicable charges. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. NiftyNextDay will not be liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
